25-26 Dutch Youth Wrestling - Winter 2025

The Dutchmen Youth wrestling program is designed to develop young athletes, 2nd - 6th grade, and give them a positive experience with wrestling. The values of the Dutch Youth program are:

* To Have Fun

* To Learn to Compete every day

* Help Others

* Develop Champions for Life

* Improve in wrestling technique.

The program will be run by Lyle Lundgren, the MOC-FV athletes, and parent volunteers. All coaches will make learning technique, fitness improvement, and character development a priority. Former wrestlers and parent volunteers are necessary to run a quality program.

Each athlete that signs up on time will receive a Dutch Youth Wrestling Longsleeve for the season.
